Jadd Freight Services Ltd. is a small freight forwarding/Logistics company looking for an experienced sales person. This position will be responsible for obtaining new customer accounts. This position offers excellent income potential for those individuals that can learn the freight industry, communicate well over the phone and represent Jadd Freight Services Ltd. in a professional manner.
Responsibilities include:
- Cold calling and on-line research
- Ability to generate and develop high revenue growth by developing new customers consistently
- Develop ongoing long-term business relationships with customer/shipper - You will be your customer’s point of contact.
- Provide exemplary customer service.
Experience and Skills Required:
- Excellent sales skills with ability to develop new business
- Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and customer service skills
- Ability to multi-task with attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong telephone and written communication skills
- Trustworthy, goal oriented and professional with a strong work ethic
- Sales minded with a strong desire to succeed
Preferably candidates will have experience with a freight transportation broker, in motor carrier freight sales, or a traffic background, but a proven high volume sales record will be considered.
